psp - can you run homebrew?

is it possuble to get a psp to run game roms in such a way as the ds does via the r4 or m3 simply devices - ie games are saved onto a SD card?

Yeah, check out http://www.psp-hacks.com for all your needs! :rasp:

If you've got a brand new one, you'll have to downgrade it and then install a modified firmware. Theres a few tutorials on the above site.

Im not fully clued up on the Lunie's exploit (if it runs full homebrew yet?)

However, I do have the unpatched GTA LCS that is used to downgrade PSP's.

ahh ok, so it is possible to run games from a memory pro stick?

Yeah they're downloaded in ISO format and are recognised by the modified firmware. Easy once you get everything installed for the first time.

Used the software by Dark Alex, which i think is now called 3.40 OE

Noticed there's another custom formware now, 3.52 M33 but not sure if it's by the same people?

That site offers the same stuff as PSP hacks, i just find it clearer and easier to read

You mean its not full of geek language!!!!!!!!

I never used to use the psp but use it alot more since i discover custom firmware its easy to do just follow the guides and job done!!!
