thoughts on this Throttle Body

  lift number 1 @ btm
i've been in touch with the guy from here. devises is just down the road, they are going to start doing manifold matches and flowing for clios.
most interesting was that for about £175 ( i think) they were looking to do a package with a flowed body as well! and were willing to offer a discount for a group buy too.
might be worth looking into?

^ for sure lol.

I thought the throttle body wasn't really the problem it was more the mismatched plenum and fanimolds and then there widely varying gains to be had.

yep this is where the bigger gains can be from.

Its said the normal T/B is fine for flow after all the race cars have used smaller bodies without trouble before now I woulnd't worry about this restriction the intake 90 degree bend is a bigger issue.

there was a similar thread a few weeks ago also with a guy selling a polished TB on ebay near me which were going for about £30. I collared fred about it and was told the tb isnt particularly restricive on 1*2's therefore not worth replacing. The bigger issue is the feed to it ie the elbow hence why using silicone elbows is effective
