Electric mirrors and cig lighter not workin.........

Hi all, just noticed my electric mirrors aint working? and my cig lighter. Its not a fuse cos ive checked them, what could this be?

Check the fuse again is the battery low in power any other problems etc?

Checked fuses, they seem fine. Theres plenty of power in the battery
