Changing Throttle Body

Car  CLIO 172 EXCLUSIVE
I have cabled TB and plan to change it.

How difficult a job is this?

I've looked for a guide but cant find one.

Anyone done it and got any tips or advice?

What do you mean, are you just putting in a new throttle body or do you want to change to a cable free version as fitted to later versions?

if its a simlar setup to the 182 which it is other than the cable it'l be 4 bolts and unclip the cable new one on. Why are you changing?

There probably be an electronic connection for the ICV (Educated guess)

remove the air box (just unclip the bend and pull from there)
remove the cable from the boddie, (just twist it until you can pull it out)
unlclip the sensor
unlip the crank case breather pipe form the bottom
undo the 4 torx bolts
remove the rest of the old gasket and clean the fange(s)
re fit the gasket and new TB
re fit sensors
re fit the crank breather pipe
re fit cable
re fit air box
send me the old boddie for free for writing this guide
