How did I guess that would be the car in question.

It's owned by a guy called Steve. He's a nice bloke. He posts on the Renaultsport forums a bit, he's Steve182 on there if you want to PM him. Mark Fish did all the work on the car for him.

I'd think so, it's not a Cup race car. It's a road car modified for track. He's been using a trailer to get it to track days for a few years though now.
