how do u tell the diff between iceberg silver and titanium.....would it be on the logbook nd stuff for the car?

o right cheers mate, so ALL the 172 clios are iceberg? or just the phase 2's or phase 1's or what?

They made Ph1 172's in both Iceberg and titanium . I think iceberg looks a whiter silver than titanium . Ph2 172's came in iceberg and and 182's came in titanium .

99 Ph1 172's in Iceberg

934 Ph1 172's in Titanium .

Oh, didn't know the ph1s came in both silvers, I always thought iceberg was all 172s. You learn something every day. I know 182s are just titanium though.

Oh well anyway, iceberg is more blueish, as already stated.

I think iceberg was introdued to the phase 1's quite late in their production. Mostly 'Y' plate cars it seems

I've had both an iceberg and a titanium ph1, iceberg is a much much nicer color.

Mine is a Y plate also.

geez didnt realise 182's were titanium! i thought they were iceberg like mk2 172's.

Why did they use titanium and not stick to iceberg for 182's?

My iceberg said " silver " on the log book . Sounds very strange why it should state the colour as blue when it's clearly silver lol .

Anyone know why they used Iceberg on the last batch of Ph1's ??

Take it, it was to overlap with production of the ph2 in that colour??

I have a Iceberg ph1 but would have probably chosen the titanium if the option was there when i bought it

Don't suppose theirs a reason TBH, doubt anything to do with an overlap. I'd have iceburg over titanium any day
