Towbar Question

Hi,
Is it possible to fit a towbar to a 2002 172?
There seems to be ones advertised for the normal Clios but not these. If it's not possible, is it because of the exhaust etc and / or the rear mounting points dffer fom the normal model?

Yes you can, however it's not legal to tow anything with a RS, due to them not having a towing weight capacity.

(PS i have one for sale if you really want it, came off my cup)

I would have thought so, because you're not towing anything

why dont you just go and buy a cavalier deisel for about £300 for towing yo s**t rathar than abusing a clio with a crappy tow bar
