I have a few questions on modifying an F4R 780 engine

Hi!
So Its late at night and I was thinking about a few things:
I know people often add mk3 camshafts on the mk2 clio rs, and I have a question regarding that.
I have an F4R 780 from a laguna, and I was wondering if it would be possible or if there is a site where I can check compatibility and everything.

Or maybe even adding a complete rs clio inlet manifold and everything?
