Head and tail lights

Hello

I'm new here and one of the reasons I've joined is to get this question answered. First time I've owned a Clio too.

I have a 57 plate 1.2 TCE Dynamique Clio. I'm finding it impossible to get the official Angel Eyes for this model, but I did see a universal kit on a website, although its asking to make sure the lens on my model can be removed for this to happen. Does anyone know if the lens on my model can be removed so it can be replaced with the universal kit?

Tail lights look a bit bland but I've seen LED replacements for my model which I'm wanting to get. Would this be difficult to fit and rewire?

Thank you

Thanks guys.

sofaboy - Mines a 57 plate, the headlights in the ebay link is for the 2006 model. It also looks a bit smaller and mine also has the cornering lights. Would it still fit?

I'd be interested in the ones your taking out if your selling them mate.. been looking for a set of cornering lights for the Mk3..

Zippo - Not sure if I want to get rid of the cornering lights mate, I wanted it on the model before I bought it.

Sofaboy - The cornering lights only work if the main beam is on.

Jcc - They're asking to check my lens can be removed, so I can replace them with the universal kit. Thing is, I dont know if it can be removed, so I was hoping someone can give me an answer. If not, are you able to point out a set of HID's for me?

Thanks again

Yeah they work when the dipped beams are on, my mum's mk3 has them. Don't think you can take the lenses off the headlights, as I said I wouldn't bother anyway as the cornering lights are pretty good looking as standard. PM donsrno1 on here, I got an HID kit off him with a years guarantee were about £75 iirc.

Alright, so let me get this straight. I can get HID's and keep my cornering lights? If thats the case, I'll go for HID's and scrap the angel eyes.

Yes. You have projector lenses in your headlights which means you can put an HID kit in without blinding other people.
The HID kit I have from donsrno1 I'm now going to put in my mum's mk3 with cornering lights.
