What is a 9bhp plug and play chip ???

I have seen this 172 advertised locally on Pistonheads and its says it has a “9bhp Play and Play Chip” fitted.

Wtf is a Plug and Play 9 bhp chip ?
It sounds like a chip you’d see on Ebay promising silly power increases

Nope.

On the standard filler neck, you can only flow 1000ml/sec (carbonated) anyway. If the liquid is still, you'd be ok to use a 2l throttle bottle, since you'll see the benefit of doing so.

Screw cap, obviously.
