ummm msn, firefox... oh and Final cut pro, Adobe master collection, Lightroom, Aperture, Reason, Serato, Logic Studio, Office 2004, Office 2008, Iwork 08, Iwork 09, disk warrior, toast 8, toast 9, toast 10, crunch, popcorn, Visual hub, VLC, filemaker pro, bento, ARD and comic life.. oh and starry night enthusiast !!!

I personally use Firefox instead of Safari as I don't like it that much but version 4 is better.
I'd get VLC as well for video as the built in isn't great.
Transmission for torrent downloads if you use them.
