Smaller radiator and fan

Is anyone running a smaller rad and fan setup on a 172?

Im in need of either and new rad and fan setup or maybe just a new fan but mount it from the front.

Need about 2" to get a decent filter for my bodies as the trumpets are touching the cowling at the moment.

What have you done or what rad / fans would fit?

we run a shorter alloy rad, with two small fans on back, one is controlled be ecu and other fan via a switch

This is using a short rad kit ive put together for the Mk1 Clios.
All cnc'd fan brackets and mounts.

The Mk2 version will be available in about 3 weeks if your still stuck then.

Retail is £250+vat (inc fan and fittings).

aluminium bungs. not fitted there as you spotted...was the last bits I was waiting on!

Cant remember of the top of my head.

Cools better than std, and its light as hell.

I'll put some pics up of the fan mounts. proper job, not bolts through the fins or owt daft!
