Tried to highlight the bit that made the difference in the second picture, but is that actaully what makes the difference, or are these just different model headlights?

So silvervisions are more of a clearer cystral kind of light compared to standard?

silver visions are indicator bulbs mate. nothing o do with headlights

No just a 'chrome' coating so the orange of the indicatorbulb doesn't show, only when blinking.
So you get a all 'white' / 'clear' front.

Or do you mean the main bulbs?
With a higher 'candle' capacity / outshine as to resemble a Xenon / HID unit.
Aka CHAV standard! LOL
