You cut out the f**king wheel well of your car to fit an exhaust?

I was ready to spunk over this car but the owner is clearly 'special' :S

Love it without the fogs.
 
Mutilation of a 172 - nice! Car looks well, but I don't agree with the exhaust or missing fog lights; just looks like the fogs are, well, missing..!

Lol? How does that make me 'special'? I got a miltek exhaust for next to nothing. It already had a 182 look exhaust on it. Just thought I might aswell.
Did it myself so it cost me f**k all..

He could have had the same exhaust without cutting the boot floor out!

How could you get a 182 design without cutting the floor of the boot?! Surely theres not enough space between the rear of the bumper and the tyre well?!

I dont think its a bad idea really, many new cars have tire foam instead of an actual spare.

No it's not a bad idea if the car was made like that ala 182 cup.

But to cut your boot floor out to fit an exhaust is mental imo.

Lots of people have 182 style exhaust and haven't cut there boot floor out.

Well yea, I agree if you could have got away without cutting the tyre well then it makes sense not to.
 
I actually prefer it without the wheel well, i like the concept of, "if it's in my way, i shall not find a way around it, i shall remove it"

Thats the kinda mentality i like.

lol. dude. it would have cost me like 500 to get a new 182 "look" exhaust. when for less than half that i got a proper 182 exhaust. took me less than half a day to cut the wheel well out and weld plate in + new exhaust mounts.

i enjoyed the challenge :) dont see it everyday either.
