Hi guys and girls!

Hi there, I'm Stan and I actually joined in February this year while I had my RB 182, I sold it in June as I had a few problems with it, and also I decided to get something cheaper to run.

When the RB went I decided that I'd miss the 182 too much so bought another!!!

Bought a titanium silver 182 but after a week I just didn't feel it was special enough, supose it was the colour (no offence to titanium silver owners)as it wasn't as stand out as racing blue!

This time I decided to get something cheaper to run so sold the 182 in part ex for a black 55 plate Fabia Vrs, getting 50mpg, torque is brilliant but I just think my driving style is better suited to a hot hatch, I love to rev! Also the Fabia Vrs isn't the best round corners and just isn't particularly fun to drive.

So I'm not sure what to do now, keep the Fabia Vrs (cheaper in the long run) or get another 182 (I'm only looking at liquid yellow though)

Sorry for the long post, any views would be great and if the moderators think I'll get more views in Clio discussion, please feel free to move it.

Cheers,

Stan

Hello stan, welcome to CS :)
i thought i was pushing it changing my cars every couple of years.......nothing compared to you though :)
obviously you're the kind of person who wants to stick out in the crowd when it comes to your cars so i would go for the liquid yellow, as good as the skoda might be it's not going to be a head turner and i'm guessing that's what you're going for considering you sold the silver 182?.....i do know what you mean though, silver is a good colour and hides scratches and a certain amount of dirt well but for me there are so many silver cars that it's hard to stick out in one........unless you have a monstrous exhaust so people can't fail to spot you coming :)
