VVT actuator?

Is the thing sticking up next to the oil filler the actuator?

If it is, why does this engine not have it?

Possibly blanked off? Got a set of VVT delete cams in it i'm guessing?

Dialogys shows the actuator here, number 19 but I don't know whether it sits inside or ontop of the engine.

Is it a ph1, ph2 difference thing?

Also, why does my breather not extend upwards like these two?
