you need to be aware that spray pattern can be pretty darn important. OEM injectors will normally spray right onto the back of the inlet valves to get the best vapourisation. If you just go and stick some green top 440s in you'll have fuel dribbling down the sides of the manifold.
Cars that I know of that use injectors around that flow rate are Audi TT/S3 (380cc), Volvo T5 engines, Saab Aero.
Plus there is so so so so far between 200 and 450. What power are you looking to make? As a general rule, it's better to have smaller injectors (with OEM ECU/high impedance setup) to achieve better part load/idle fuelling.
