Best Camera for £300

Ooh this is an older one now, TZ-6. May get somthing new come pay day next week.

Just took 2 nice long exposure shots of the pond, i'll bang them on and put them up.

Those were all taken on manual settings above, apart from the sunset picture.

This little camera never fails to amaze me! It will never be as good as a DSLR, but some of the photos it puts out are awesome for what it is.

For £300 you can get a TZ10, which is probably one of the best P&S cameras for the money.

For the same money you can get a FZ38, which is like a bridge camera - no idea what it's like tho, havn't looked into cameras for ages.

Anyone any idea what the Sony A230 DSLR is like? Can pick one up for around £280 inc Lens on the highstreet.

Haha it's a rather big pond i suppose.

These were all taken with an older model, the newer one will be even better!

HD Video is also a nice touch, think i got one uploaded somewhere.

Sony A230 got slated in the reviews I was reading.

Maybe look into a second hand SLR from fleabay.

Canon's always a solid performer.

I did used to have a Sony A200, which alwasy give me good results, and sure you could pick on up with a lens or 2 for £300 these days.
