Prima racing springs????

Noticed that Prima racing now do the extra low 172/182 lowering spring kit that lowers 45mm. Any good??

How do you know there apex. just apex is 40mm and they say these are lower :S just want a cheap way of lowering my car as had apex last time had a good height dont care bout ride as have had alot worse in my time lol
