Which colour to re-trim door cards?

Hi,

Im getting the door cards re-trimmed in either black or red leather.

Need some views off people first too see what they would think will look best, bearing in mind the car is red and im slowly spraying areas of the interior red too (kinda still undecided on it yet cos some bits look s**t currently)

I was thinking red, with spot interior handles with the metal handle.

Heres a pic of it currently, so what do you guys think, red or black?

I'd say red, but it has to match the colour of red you've already got otherwise it won't look right.

Exactly, thats why I was thinking of doing black maybe and then get some black spray, do the outside section of the speaker cover in black and the inside bit of it leave red (where the grill is etc)

Might look better?

I'm not so sure on what you've painted red atm though...

Sounds like a plan, you can't really go wrong with black leather and a few red trim highlites,
imagine how p1ssed off you'd be if you retrimed it in red and diddn't like it.

Got the speaker covers, ashtray lid, headlight adjuster panel and will be doing the headunit surround too. Think thats about it.

Good yeah would be annoying if that happened, ill do it black and spray outside of the speaker covers in black too then
