lambda sensor in aftermarket exhaust

when you purchase a aftermarket exhaust do you still have the lambda sensors in the exhast back and front....

lambdas go in the cat mate exhaust system should not be an issue even with a decat you still put lambda's in place

firstly, Phase1 cars do not have downstream lambda sensors (after cat).

As for the aftermarket exhaust, it depends what you buy i spose. Phase 2 cars run fine with the downstream lambda left out in 'free-air'. Or even unplugged. Some cars will show an emissions light though.

Only the very early phase 1's dont have a post cat lambda.
