My MK3 Slowly getting there :)

Well its been a while since I posted pictures of my car and tbh my last thread went by un-noticed.

Over the past months av been on the snoop for some new rims and I finally made the decision on which ones to go for (Keskins KT-1's) I started off looking for a set of Borbet A's but months were flying by without any coming up so the keskins were by second option.

The first set I bought were from a guy on Corsa-C, they seemed like lovely wheels but tbh the stretch was way to far and the rears were just too wide .

So after buying my first set of Keskins on Thursday I had sold them by the following Tuesday at a £25 loss but I was set to go pick up another set on the Friday

So I done a 300 mile round trip on Friday to pick up my second set of Keskins and my god it was all worth it, I love them #

Image quality is a bit crappy as they were only taken of a iphone.

Next step will be to get some coilovers springs just dont do it.

Looking good, cant help but think the first set would look awesome on a black car, Be carefull with your choice of coilovers, if you want to go really low.

Thanks, yeah they would look good on white, silver, black ect.. just that kinda colour. I loved them but as said the stretch, width, and the condition just let them down . Am thinking AP as they seem good quality and give a ok ride height for what am after, cant have it on its arse due to the streets i live on

Only thing with AP's is the back doesnt go very low, but the front does, this led to both me and biohzrd having custom springs for the rear, which are another £100 ontop of the price, I know it seems like were nit picking but there was quite a lot of arch gap on a 15 inch wheel.

Needs to be about a foot lower to pull off either of those wheels.

Yeah we should but a don't see where to get them from as demontweeks will do a good price with there 10% discount they offer.

Naaa they needed a refurb and they were missing bits and pieces, plus the stretch wad tht bad when i went over a speedbump the lip would scrape on it which meant the lips were absolutly fooked.

Yeah i know mate should be get coilies soon. Am happy with stance at the front, sits perfect. Proberly need a 10mm or 15mm spacer on the rears.

Really dont like those kinda wheels to be honest. Buuuut very nice to see something different on a Clio. Im thinking Rota wheels, deep dish ones, same kinda look

I've gone for the ap's mate with the custom rears you won't be disappointed just do it that's the only thing it's missing

Thanks, only got the letter box as it matches the lines of the car and i think a twin round or a round wouldn't suit it.
