0-60 is for retards. Unless it's a 3 second car you'll beat no one, and most times are not even realistically achievable without destroying the clutch and/or box. If racing off the lights is your bag then buy an Atom.

Turbo,
ITB,
Supercharger,
Remap,
Exhaust,
manifold,
Panel filter,
NOS,
Change the gearbox ratio's
Get a dog box (think thats what it's called)
Engine converison
Add and extra engine,
Cams.

I think you need to be more specific on what sort of power gains you want to achieve and what you budget is. I you have an unlimited budget just buy a faster car and save the hassle of modifications.
