mk3 cambelt change

ok guys im gessing im close 2 neededin cambelt change but not sure

its done 50,000 miles and on a 56 what milage do they need changing and any recomendations of a good place around barnsley area

56 plate came out in september so from then your car is 5 years old depending on when it was registered
