Recommended spark plugs

Car is in need of a service soon. Will be buying some new spark plugs too.
Can anyone recommend any that they use ?

Like these, you can get them anywhere I think. I got mine from Euro Car Parts.

if your going for a service, Opie oils sell these as well as oils/filters, even the coolent etc..
