Any lights come up on dash? If not is more than likely electrical
Did have the lambda sensor come up on diagnostics both have been changed now and on the dash the abs light is on and the esp light comes on sometimes when it stalls.

Well they are known for duff coil packs, leads. Plugs can be a problem. Does it lose power then light comes on or other way round. If a light comes on you will have a fault code to read

Try cleaning the plug connections on the throttle housing, crank sensor, coil, pedal sensor, and map sensor. Also check the ecu plug connections for corrosion clean and refit. Had exactly the same problem with a 172 2002 last week and it was corrosion on the ecu plug terminals. Could be a broken wire somewhere too but that will be harder to find. With the engine running wiggle the wires to everything you can and see if engine cuts out, could be a loose connection or corroded connection somewhere.
Lambda sensor fault will be down to the other fault causing a bad mixture and tricking the ecu into thinking the lambda sensor is at fault usually.

Try a read out of the fault codes with a proper diagnostic computer (Renault Clip/RSTuner).
I ant got the funds to take it to a proper renault dealer for that sort of thing pal.
Could it have any thing to do with a worn gasket that ive found when wen i was changing the spark plugs?

Find an independant, should be an hours labour (or so) to have them put it on the magic clip machine
