Dci intercooler for 65bhp

Thinking of adding an intercooler to my 65bhp diesel but just want to clear somethings up/ make a decision... can you help??

Right firstly do I get one from an 80bhp or 100bhp model are they both easy to fit, by just putting it in place and connecting the pipes? or is there more to it than that? will i need any other parts for either off these 2 intercoolers other than the actual intercooler and pipework

also any general information anyone knows about them please tell me

just go for an 80 one you will have enough bother finding one of them never mind a 100 one, however the 100 one is a bit better.

yeah 3 pipes and intercooler is all you need

i have an offer from someone on the 100 intercooler with pipes that's why I asked about the 100 otherwise i would never have thought about it...

its worth it if its the right price then, plus it will hold its value you will get what you pay for it back!

I think its quite straight forward to do, and the gains well more power and torque

on the standard map your not going to notice much of a difference, tiny power and torque gain but not much, more mpg and a bit more lag but hardly noticeable either.

once your remapped you will get the benefit of it though
