how do you manualy adjust head lights

i have my clio 172 lowered and was wondering how to manualy adjust the head lights

There are allen key adjusters on the top of the headlights themselves. Just DO NOT wind them up to far as they can pop out and its a nightmare putting it right again.

or there is the little dial on the right of the steering wheel that you can raise/lower them with.
I think 172's have it anyway, but not sure if this is what you mean.

only cups and trophies have the dial for headlight adjustment

shouldn't need to adjust them if its been lowered.

take it to an mot centre and get it setup correctly national tyres charge £16 to do it.

My 182 has it and its not a cup?

You shouldn't do, sure its not the brightness adjuster? If you have xeons you won't have a dial as by law it has to be automatic
