Hi, sorry mate no pics of it fitted yet, but there are some on that website.

Its made a significant difference already, but I've not remapped it yet so at the moment it will be leaning out on full throttle as the original map doesnt have enough fuel in it for the new airflow.

Sounds good too. :)

Its a pretty easy to fit kit as well, very nicely designed IMHO, took the mrs about 2 hours or so in total with me giving a hand now and then.

Hopefully we'll get a map on it and get it back on the rollers in the next few weeks, she only fitted it xmas eve and been busy since then.

ok would the RS Tuner work with this set up?

That's a very good effort. It is really easy to install except for the bottom left manifold bolt... absolutely no room to get there or any tools. Absolute prick to do that one.

You can map the RS2 via a custom tune with RS Tuner - exactly what I'm doing with my unit at the moment... with less than stellar results so far. Henk keeps saying it's not flowing any more air (on his standard 98 RON map the AFR was hitting 10.5 at one point in the rev range!). I'm hoping I can get it back to the dyno in the next week or two and see what I've gained and where compared to my last dyno run on his 98 RON map - my butt dyno is still disappointed overall with the RS2. Feels great 2000-3000rpm and then it feels much like a standard car, just no increase in pace at 4500-5000 and no drop off up in the revs, just keeps pulling to 7500rpm.

Doesn't chip do his own mapping?

Yes I do a lot of mapping, although in this case I'll just be using the map that MWMsport have already developed as Mike from MWM owes me a favour anyway so no need for me to start from scratch in this instance when he's already done all the hard work to begin with, so will start with that and we'll just tweak it from there.

Ours made 169bhp on the before run based on a just a set of matched inlets, so we're hoping to see an additional 10+bhp on top of that, so anything 180+ we'll be happy with.

Should be doing it in the next few weeks hopefully, so will post up with the results afterwards once the mrs gets a chance to run it back to the same set of rollers (I dont like comparing figures from different rollers)
