Correct headlight level

So long story short I adjusted my lights manually today (182 xenons) and I adjusted them waaaaay to high, so just wondering if anyone has a measurement for how high they should be, like from the ground or something?

Any help appreciated

Take it to a garage to get it done. That is the only way to get them set properly.

Id just park up in front of a wall and do it myself tbh.

Yeah thats what i want to do but i dont know how far away from the wall or how high from the floor is good, i did them to what looked okay to me yesterday and they were waaaaay to high when driving.

I said to get them set properly i.e. with the correct beam cut off, correct height using a beam tester.

It's not difficult to do it your self though. It's fairly obvious if they're to high or low.
