Car  172 Sunflower
After a traumatic year i have sold the house. What am i going to spend it on .....

What about that Trophy with 24K miles on it ?

Gym membership = 50 quid a month and they have a shower
And the pub has a carpark and a toilet and sells food and drink

TBH it makes perfect sense.

£80k on a rental property.

That is EXACTLY what i'd do if I had £60k right now. (If I was single)

All far too exciting for me at my age. Think ill use some to buy myself a mobility scooter. Look for a house with a stairlift already installed...

No idea what i'd buy. Certainly wouldn't be spending it all on a car.

Holiday then car. (if no new house) Fact.

Buy a car if you really need, 5k under and get back to your own gaff.

No point in being the richest man in the graveyard.

Spend it. I spend everything I earn. Whats the point in having it in the bank?! Nobody will enjoy it in there.

My philosophy too. If I want something I don't have the money for, I will save, then buy.
If I have the money already, I will own it.

This is something my girlfriend hates though as we're meant to be moving out in about a year and a half

This is exactly my way of thinking also.
 
Buy another house, they are cheap now and interest rates are at an all time low. Maybe a repo one at auction?
