right found a 2004 172 rear bumper for sale, but the guy selling has stated its black, i need pearl black... was black gold about at the same time aswel or ?

AFAIK black gold wasnt on a standard 172, just the 182's

the 172's came in pearl black

(though someone may correct me if i am wrong)

As above if it's a 172 bumper its PB, if its a 182 bumper its BG.

do it i painted mine... but i have a pearl black 1.2 so learned about the colour and which sport model i coild take parts off easiest
