I want to know more about the 1.6 8v 90HP , and if i can add anything for better perf.

To be honest mate you will struggle to get any more power out of that engine. If you want all-round better performance you could look at upgrading the suspension so you can maintain more speed around corners and maybe even a brake upgrade depending on what you're after.

I'd just buy a car with a F4R already in it. Much easier!
