smart tv issues

hi guys just now i dont have an internet connection in the house however i do i have unlimited data on my phone

my question is how do i manage to get my tv to use the data on my phone through an htc usb cable connected to phone and tv....is it possible

If your TV does wifi, change your phone to be a wifi hotspot and you're away.
