Has anyone mounted an amp under either of the front seats in a 182?

How big is the amp? I had a 6 disc cd changer under my standard seats in the flamer mate.

My amp is a fairly small size apline thankfuly, Yeah same as mine mate, not sure of the exact measurements but I took the 6 disc cd changer casing apart, only a few screws and managed to get the amp to fit in the space that was left thankfully, do you still have the disk changer casing?

Not definitely decided whether I want to go down this route, but if I do then the amp I buy will be small enough to fit in the space!

A small Alpine could well be on the cards, we'll have to see if there's enough budget after a few other upgrades...

my amp was around £600 i think, fits nicely though had it all fitted by a place local to me, but had to secure the amp my self which was quite easy best of luck anyway. What other mods you planning.. ?
