Does PH2 1*2's have a Idle Control Valve ?

Can someone tell me if Phase2 172's have Idle Control Valves fitted ?

Or is it just the Phase1 172's with the cable throttle ?

As i thought the two sensors on the side of the plenum were MAP and temp sensors :S

Assistance required.
