Was thinking of getting it lowered and i agree it would look better. If i was to lower it, are there any decent springs which would lower by say 40mm and be on a par with the cup suspension i already have? I dont want to get it lowered on springs and its handling is worse than what it is now...

Nah thats not me mate. Cheers for the comments, ive seen an r26r sticker kit on ebay and it says they make custom decals to whatever you want. Was thinking the same decals but instead of R26.r on them have either 197cup, RS197 or something like that. How about the mirrors the same red...

Thanks for the comments Thats the plan im looking for some red decals but trying to find some that don't look tacky/wrong red is quite hard.

I posted a while back about having my speedlines painted the same colour as the red R26.r alloys. I went ahead with it in the end and heres how it looks. I also had my rear diffuser painted gloss black. To follow shortly is a carbon bonnet, carbon mirror covers and black wheel nuts or covers...

White would look good but i had white on previous car and there a sod to keep clean. As for the world series sticker it was already on there when i bought it and i dont dislike it tbh.

That would be great if you could post a pic, I can get them done fairly cheap for cash by a renault approved bodyshop. What would you do about the small diamond in the centre? I was thinking carbon...

Yea im thinking the same, getting bored of the black and white look lol. Even if i have them red for the summer i can soon get them done black again.

Hi, I was thinking about having my black speedlines sprayed the same red as the R26.R wheels. Would someone be able to photoshop them for me to see if it looks any good? These pics below are the best i have to hand so if there not any good il take some more. Thanks Shaun.

I had the lacquer on my ST wheels coming off in places after they were sprayed white. I think it was where i used to go to close with the pressure washer.

I had my old ST wheels sprayed with no problems at all with paint chipping and they have been on the car for about 2 years now.

My radio control stick on my 197 has stopped working. It has an alpine headunit fitted by previous owner and it used to display 'alpine' on the screen next to the clock now it doesnt. Any ideas why it has stopped working all of a sudden? Cheers.
