Couple of mine taken today in the sun after rolling it out for a nice gentle spin. Found an old bottle of show car glaze so added a coat of that and some nattys red paste wax. Still do the job despite being almost as old as the car

That's good to know Steve. My RB cup still hasn't reached 23k miles, owned from new and mint. Was going to sell last year when bought my golf, but can't bring myself to do it. Such a great car.

Of course mileage matters. The more miles, the more wear. Doesn't mean low mileage cars are better though. All depends on how they've been treated and whether they've been serviced regularly. So make sure you as mentioned above that you check service history and that the condition of the car...

I've seen a few of those when out on my road bike and coming back through Macc. Is the green one a genuine V6 as seen this around through Poynton? Very loud.

How do you find the gearbox in this? I have a mk7 gti, granted not the same car, but I find it annoyingly notchy until it's warmed up. Nice motor btw
