Sorry just realised it's a 1.2 still try some super though 400 miles a week is a fair bit though, how much oil you putting in ?

Normal unleaded isn't going to do you any favours get some super unleaded in there to reduce the pinking not sure about the oil though, any burning smell ?

Just called mr clutch for a quote and they say £299 fitted or £220 if I supply my own clutch kit I know they get slated by some but that surely isn't bad is it they give warranty on the work too should I chance it???

The problem us the clutch is pretty dear to get done I don't wantvto rip the dealer off cos that's just not me but dhen somethings broke it should really be fixed under the "warranty" oh well here comes a £400 bill

That playing card in a bike wheel turned out to be a diff in one of my previous cars! not sure it is the same on a clio though .... had the noise for about two months the the car made horrendous banging noise on pull away !!!
