I'd go for 6 points, they're much more comfortable as the buckle doesnt ride up. I got some brand new Sabelt harnesses off ebay for a very good price off "stevieb1963". Iirc he had an "@sabelt" email!

I had this and it was low fluid. On the 172 the reservoir is down behind the engine near the exhaust manifold, no idea about other models.

I'd definately consider H&Rs, Bilsteins, and KW v2s. Cant go wrong with any of them tbh. I think the H&Rs will be the softest, the Bilsteins are fairly stiff for road use but fine for track only, and the V2s have adjustable shocks (bound?). I have the Bilstein and they are top quality. Heard...

Keep both belts if you plan to use it on the roads imo.

I was really talking about track, shouldn't need a cage on the road. But if the roof gets squashed and you're held in by buckets and harnesses your head/neck has nowhere to go. Also worth covering the cage with rollcage padding near your head and legs.

Expensive, and tempting to leave until last but it's important and an absolute must if you have buckets and harnesses. My track prep'd Cup will be up for sale this eve (has all the above ;) )
