hi i seem to have a problem with my bonnet sensor it keeps tripping the electrical fault light and wont let me go over 50mph as soon as i open the bonnet and close it it goes so im assuming i need a new sensor but i cant seem to find one for sale or find a fix anywhere please help ???

mine goes off if i lock the car whilst the window is down but thats a 02 172 so try that see what happens also has it got a trip computer theres a button on the end of the wiper stick that controls it if so hope that helps :)

26, no NCB, missus on insurance (Under 25) extra £250 on top and kiddie extra £150, No mods except wheels but allowed one mod, with Direct Line @ £980 on a 172 i was reasonably happy with that considering i had a clapped out old escort finesse 1.6 before and that cost the same lol
