Going to be removing my engine within the week sometime, I'm fitting electric steering and removing the aircon but can you remove the pulleys an just fit a shorter belt instead of going down the route of pulleys as obv there's some without aircon so I presume you can just put that belt on? But...

on a project im doing atm id like the mount the gearbox from underneath, has anyone done this on these? does anyone no where i can get suitable bushes/mounts for doing so aswell
Is there a Clio mk2 model that doesn't have power steering? Basically I'm wire tucking/smoothing the bay and could get rid of the pas reservoir instead of relocating
When I did the original conversion we had it done in 5days but thats removin the original 1.2 swapping complete looms and also fitting the aircon from the sport which required the bulk cut and all the airbag sensors think the only only wirin original is for the rear lights
Il be removin my engine and box soon going to clean it all up and want to paint it but don't want a boring colour I'd like a metallic of a pearl, can you get these or is it just plain colours
Right.. I did a 172 conversion on my 1.2 (ph2) and I'm now wanting to remove the engine and box but leaving the subframe, has anybody removed the engine from the box and lifted the engine out on its own? As Ill need to keep it mobile so I dnt want to drop it all on the subframe, then il remove...
