Sound kind of like and electric spark but constant and it speeds up if i rev the car and slows down with the revs after the car is warm the noise goes

Went to start my clio this morning started fine but along came a noise sounded like a clicking/clapping noise syncd with the revs. When the car warms up the noise disapears what could this be ? Car still drives fine somebody help

I put the headunits in correctly the ISO connectors wer connected apart from the stalk control and only the cassette player (alpine) worked with the clio all the wiring connected in same way on all units but no power on the modern ones

i have a tuner list standard head unit and have tried to connect 4 diffrent head units to my car Sony,Kenwood,pioneer and alpine none of these worked as i wanted an aux port but when i connected a antique Cassete/Tape player it worked? WTF:S any ideas????

ive just connected my ecu and it gave me a cylinder 2 misfire code so ive changed coils 2 and 3 now the car hesitates on acceleration any ideas on what it could be this time ? im hearing these clios have a reputation for electrical faults and after 3 months of purchasing its all starting!
