Seems to be OK now starting to think the poor changes were driver error! Did essex to crewe (200m) in it yesterday no problems. Plenty of fast 1st-2nd changes too. If it was on it's way out would the crunching happen all the time or start of every now n then slowly getting worse.?

it also says the anti roll bar is stiffer, steering rack ratio is 7.5% quicker so there the cup vs non-cup differences

The springs on the cup ar 27% stiffer at the rear and 30% stiffer front; and 7 - 12mm lower overall depending on where you look! That's from EVO magazine anyway... correct me if I'm wrong!

Cheers - just had them powder coated! Was pretty grubby before as it's been in the garage for a new fuel pump :'( But gave it a good wash then meguirs ultimate compound on the paint and wheels, meguiars endurance gel on the tyres and then simonz plastic restorer on diffuser bummp strips etc! Thinking of getting wind deflectors for my 197 has anyone done this and have a photo??? Also has anyone got tinted backlights - the glossy 'professional looking' ones seen a few DIY Matt black sprayed ones n they look tosh
