Has anyone tried this for noisy hydraulic tappets / rockers? Not too keen on putting anything in my engine apart from oil, but I've heard this stuff can be quite good at quietening down tappets. Any advice?

There are 2 noises. Horrid rattle / tapping when the car has warmed up and is sat idling. This noise does go above 2k revs. Then the second noise is a kind of grinding / whooshing sound. There's something definitely wrong. Sounds really bad and I want to sell the car. No one will buy it when it sounds like it does at the moment. So gonna have to fork out and get it done.
