Been wanting to change the gear stick knob for a long time as it's made of some s**t crumbly stuff and looks naff, I've read you can hack away at it to get it off, so does anyone know the diameter or the stick to put an aftermarket on?

Well the ones I used are powerflex universal off eBay! Bargain, just a bit of time and they are done

Well I thought I'd just give it a go and if it didn't work well it was no major biggie[emoji851]

This is what I did on mine, bought a pair of universal mounts off eBay, cut the rounded bit square and put some self rappers through it, eyed it up and drilled a hole through the bush where I wanted it to sit, cost less than £15!!

NGK platinum plugs, coil pack and leads from motaquip ? Can't remember brand

Well I'm pretty sure they were all original parts anyway so it's not going to harm it

I've literally got the exact same problem, changed the plugs leads and coil pack and still playing up!
