Sod that mines a track car and I still have aircon on it, re gassed it at work two weeks ago. Happily use it out on track when it's hot too , just means I have to drive it a bit harder lol
Both the holes were the same length in the arm according to my vernier gauge so I bolted them and welded them. That'll do lol il let you know how far each side is out when I get my readings later :)
Well I got home at 5,45 and I've pulled the arms off elongated the holes and bolted them back on and my car now looks errmmmm broken. Which is good :) cheers for the help again mate
You know There is always more that you come across though mate my target is December. Although its a track car I like to do it nicely so it's done properly rather than throwing it together
If I could guarantee it would do the day and get me back I would lve too. I've spent a lot of time getting it ready the past four months and I've still got a heap of stuff to do. Plumb in the fire extinguisher, get my roll cage and fit it a seat the list goes on but I am slowly getting there...
Ok. Is that a matter of moving the ball joint further forward in the arm then? Yeah I don't mind having to make some stuff up if need be, do you have to elongate the furthest hole out to allow the ball joint to move further forward or have I totally missed the mark?
