Any ideas? It had been working fine up until recently but now, nothing (n) I've not messed with it or had any work done and it's baffling and annoying me! Any ideas?? Ta.

Make sure the ecu hasn't 'lost' the connection with the fob, I had a similar issue and we'd tried everything and it turning out it needed recoding the fob to the car with Clip. Good luck.

Annoyed (n) Thoughts on this, ideally I'd get a new tyre however I've not long since had them on new hence the annoyance. Close to inside edge as you can see. Repairable or not or do I bite the bullet (don't want to really!)

Update! Pleased to say Renolink did the job superbly, well chuft very easy once you figured it out! Both keys now working as they should (y) Quick question whilst I'm on about Renolink, is it possible to read and clear codes with it?? I had a look to see and I pressed scan but nothing...

Nope not yet, I have got hold of a Renolink so hoping thats a simple enough process having never used one before.

Believe you and me I've tried all the known sequences to try to re sync the key to the car, all I did manage to do was to make both keys not start the car! I'm hopefully getting it sorted by the garage that did the main key.

Can you code a key using Clip? I need my spare doing since I had issues with the car started the spare no longer opens/locks the car on the button fob, it will start the car ok ASLONG as I've not locked it using the other key via the fob button! Very odd!! Anyone know? got as far as this Tia.

Looks like it but itvwas worth a go. Its annoying though as the fella just sorted the main starting issue out with a clip but he only had the one key with him and me thinking it wouldn't be an issue.

Cheers mate, I was well chuft when I got that phonw call believe me! infact I think the mechanic was more happy than me haha! The key is a strange one, it works bar remotely locking/unlocking the car.
