Mine was the one on the Stag doo. A mate was also in a silver 172 'cup' but had issues so got no running. We were staying at the Ringhaus just up from the entrance.
Guys,
Am I right in saying that the standard torque wrench settings when tighening up a Clio 182 16'' wheel is 105 pounds of torque?? Also would this change if being used on a track?
Thanks
I had a BTB fitted about 2 weeks ago on my 182. They had 3 left when I rang to enquire...a few days later they had two. It cost a fair bit but I am happy with the results.
I think they are selling them for £650 at the moment but fitting is extra I believe.
Cheers for the info guys, is it worth doing the cat modification they offer where it makes the restrictions in the renault cat smaller by opening up the exit pipe a bit - look on the micro site link near top of page if you dont know what I mean.
Just came across 'BTB' after looking a a few projects in the forum and doing a few internet searches. Wanted to get some opinions on them if anyone out there has any experiences they would like to share.
Looks like an expensive system starting at about £650 I believe. But in a get what you pay...

Re: Iceberg 172 Cup Project
I've also just read this from start to present and it is a great read! Look forward to seeing how the ITB's go for you, although for me I really think the JMS kit is the option I would look at.
My Clio 182 is in its infancy and i'm literally on page 1 of progress...
normally this is something I would try having painted little RC car bodyshells in the past but I simply dont have the time at the moment. I would rather put my faith in putting some business to someone who can do it for me...this time.
Guys,
Im looking to get the side bits on my Clio 182 painted (the bits that say '2.0 16v') and I want your recommendation on anyone who could do such a job.
On the flip side, does anyone already produce such a product that would pop on in place of the old versions to buy?
I basically want...
Ah thanks. I was thinking Kawasaki Racing Green, after all im going to look at getting some detailing done in that colour too.
Good to see someone from my town on here too just looking at your location and with the right description!
