are the old uk style plates legal? as in the black plates with silver letters and numbers?

fake as in looks roadworthy but the certificate looks to be made up as in the bit on the certificate that is raised as in the stamp is not raised if that makes sense

where would someone stand within the law if they bought a car and the mot certificate was fake?? would there be fines etc please help as a friend might have bought one with a fake one

where is the cheapest place for window tinting in the south east??

my girlfriend has just picked up har clio 1.2 16v, brand new 04 plate, does anyone know if she will be able to get the windows tinted??? its on a finance deal but she is paying her own insurance. is it a warrenty thing??

thinking of using the tonbridge renault dealership in kent, the one on sovereign road near the sainsburys. has anyone had any experience with them? as in what their aftersales is like? saw a blue clio with cliosport sticker in the rear windows sitting on the forecourt. cheers
